Montreal, Canada – March 18 2026 – Imagine 4D, a Canadian technology company headquartered in Montreal, has signed a Teaming Agreement with TKMS, the world’s most experienced builder of conventional submarines, to deliver advanced digital twin technologies to meet the continuous capability sustainment requirements of the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project (CPSP).
This collaboration aligns with TKMS’s recent series of CPSP‑focused teaming initiatives, each aimed at strengthening Canada’s sovereign industrial capability and creating long‑term economic and technological value.
Under the agreement, Imagine 4D will deliver an Intelligent Digital Twin solution enhanced by AI and simulation capabilities to support lifecycle management of TKMS’s 212CD submarine. A key deliverable is the creation of a Virtual Boat Zero – a comprehensive, live digital reference environment designed to provide a durable, data‑driven foundation for fleet sustainment and long‑term operational readiness.
“We are honoured to collaborate with TKMS on an initiative of such national significance,” said George Karam, CEO of Imagine 4D.
“As a Canadian company, we are proud to bring home‑grown, Canadian innovation to the CPSP. By deploying our Digital Twin Framework to create a live Virtual Boat Zero that integrates AI and simulation capabilities, we are delivering a powerful, integrated digital foundation that will help TKMS and the Royal Canadian Navy better understand and manage complex submarine systems for decades to come.”
